thumbnail Plein Air means "In the open air" and refers to paintings that are painted outside in the sun (and the wind and rain and snow and bugs and cow pies.) Also with soaring eagles, running salmon, skunk dens, porcupines, flying osprey with fish in their talons, rattle snakes and grazing deer. Never a dull moment. Always a sense of peace and excitement within nature. It lets me practice one of my three favorite mottos: "When in doubt go out." The other two mottos being: "When in doubt, leave it out." And, "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should." This last one applies to a whole lot in life.
If the original has "sold", Prints on canvas are available. For excellent quality and color control, I print them myself on Epson "archival" canvas using their highest quality inks. I finish them with a "UV" coating for protection. Please click on image to learn particulars.
